I just went back to gym an hour later here is my semi-night workout.

Barbell Curls: 100lbs 1 set of 50,2 sets of 20
Dumbell Curls: 25lbs 1 set of 50,2 sets of 20
Barbell Curls: 85lbs 1 set of 50,2 sets of 20
Dumbell hammer curls: 25lbs 1 set of 50 2 sets of 20
Machine Curls: 155lbs 1 set of 30,1 set of 20
95lbs 3 sets of 15
145lbs 3 sets of 10
105lbs 3 sets of 10
135lbs 3 sets of 8
65lbs 3 sets of 10
after that I couldnt curl anything over 80lbs so I came home for more dumbell work
25lbs 3 sets, 30,20,10
Hammer Curls: 45lbs 1 set of 20

Now I am home my mind wants me to work more but my biceps cant lift **** now kinda mad wish could do more

thats the craziest log ever, your insane, beastly keep it up. the only thing is you should throw in a week of lower reps, then the next week high reps.

forgot to add my other bodyparts I did this week I did biceps again till I almost puked.

Machine Curls:
155lbs
1 set of 88 shooting for 90 ****!
1 set of 60
1 set of 50
1 set of 40
1 set of 30
1 set of 20
1 set of 10

50lbs
3 sets of 10 just feeling out what I had left.

105lbs
1 set of 90 shooting for 100 ****ing missed that target

20lb 2 sets of 10

dumbell curls 55lbs
1 set of 10

drank to liters of water since I did this on a empty stomach right when I woke up and just had a half gallon of ice cream for a treat.

i hate it when people stare at me when I workout there was like 8 people staring I felt like saying what the **** you looking at your bothering me. especially when some little skinny guy comes running at the door and peeks his head in just stares then runs off.

forgot to add i did abs also 200lbs on machine for 3 sets of 10 could have done more but my back took a lot out of me and its 103 here with barely any air working in my places gym.

i would like to use heavier weight but the heaviest they have for rows is 220 at my place i really think i might be able to go up to 250-280lbs but not sure.
