good to build mass on shoulders?


- Military Press (4 sets of 8)
- Dumbell Press (3 sets of 10)
- bent over laterals (3 sets of 10)
- Front raises (3 sets of 10)
- Barbell Shrugs (3 sets of 8)
- Upright Rows (3 sets of 10)

That sounds good for the delts. But your not getting much trap work in there, you'll need more shrugs in the form of just regular shrugs, front shrugs, back shrugs. But the traps are a whole seperate muscle group from the delts so you need to focus on them too.

what about if i make the barbell shrugs, behind the back barbell shrugs. and i add in 3 sets of 10 of dumbell shrugs?

are you intending to do all of this in your shoulder workout?
seems like your over training to me.

just replace the db press with side laterals and you'll have a perfect workout

id recommend a rear delt exercise too i have 2 in my shoulder workout
