im 19 185 about 13-16 percent body fat been lifting seriously and consistently since march and a college wrestler i do a 5 day split routine.

give me some suggestions and critisisms.

today chest coming back from a week and a half off switched from barbell to db and started with incline

incline db warmup

140x10
160x6

db bench
4 sets of 140x6

weighted dips warm up

id start out with deads early in your workout. there the heaviest and one of the most compound exercise you can do on back day. you need to be at your best so do it early.

and try going heavy on chins first. instead of repping high then going heavy and low. maybe do a warm up set of 10 followed by 3 sets of 10-12 with weight...and really squeeze your lats at the top.
