Hi everybody! this is my first time on this website so I'm really looking forward to everyone seeing me lift. here's my log! lightweight! yeah buddy!

chest and tri's 4/9/07

barbell flat - 45x10, 95x7, 105x5, 135x2 with help for 5
incline barbell - 75x10, 85x6, 95x8 with help

skull crushers(lying extensions) - heavy day
40x12, 45x8x3 heavy set assisted reps 50x6
pushdowns 50x12,80x7x3
cable crossover 35x8x3
assited burnout dips bodyweight (157.8) x5x2

first time taking pumptech, nitrotech, and cell tech really felt great, i think these products will take me to the next level. I recommend them, not too expensive, i guess you get what you pay for

Back Biceps 4/10/07

barbell rows
95x10,105x7,cheat reps 135x2.5
lat pullldown
50x12 warmup,75x10,100x7.5
seated row
50x12,75x10,100x10x2
barbell cheat curls to get past my plateau
45x10,55x7,65x4
hammers

**i can really start to feel the celltech expand my muscles. i think ive made it to the double digit levels in my arms! light weight baby! i wonder how jay cutler does on these products??

seated barbell shoulder press - 55x10, 65x7, 95x2
shrugs - 95x10, 135x7, 145x4
dumbbell front raises - 10x10, 15x7, 20x3
upright rows - 45x7, 55x4, 60x1
side raises - 10x7, 15x6x5

**celltech really pumped me up today!

Did you just start training latley? or just new to the site all together?

but in general its looking good.

i know your liking the cell tech. i dont mind it too much either. but hopefully you atleast didnt get those at gnc. if you did save yourself a ton of money and buy online. youll learn real fast most people on this site cant stand muscle tech.

and with the triceps. just a suggestion. everyone has there own lifting style. id lift them after shoulders. but before shrugs and traps. to stretch them afterwards. so that way your press's arent hindered at all.

looking forward to definetley seeing your log tho
