Greetings and Salutations.

My name is De Villiers and I need a place to log my workouts as it will allow me to keep track of my strength gains. I thought that doing so online in forum such as this would be far more beneficial than doing it in an excel spreadhseet on my desktop, as here I can get support and advice.

I am 19 years old have been seriously training for about 2 years. I play Rugby Football but am currently unable to play due to an injury I occured when I was eighteen. (It also slowed me down in the weight room). I am South African but now reside in the Pacific Northwest.

My injury is simple. I have two bulging discs in my lower back, but my doctor has informed me that they are nearly healed. I do occasionally get back pain but it is nowhere near it was at the time I originally hurt it.

Because of my injury I do not deadlift anymore. I can still squat which I am very thankful for. But I will not attempt to deadlift for sometime.

Anyways onto my weight training. I am currently following a Westdie Barbell'esque type routine that a friend of mine refered to me. I enjoy it very much.

I will post today's workout shortly.
