Hi Mick,

I have been wondering where you went. Are you doing all of these on the same day? Back, biceps, and chest? Is your goal still to lose weight? Keep your rep range 6-12. Are you working legs as well?

Yeah. I just do this workout every 48. I have lost alot more weight and gained a LOT of muscle.

Went down another pants size in the few weeks I have not checked in.

I have changed a lot of what I eat too. No cokes and no candy/sugars.

I was told that I should only do shest stuff once a week.. but I still feel like doing then every 48 is working??? any ideas on this??

and I was told cause I was almost 40 I should get some testosterone???

Good job on cutting out the unnecessary sugars. I suppose if your schedule is driving your workout routine than this plan is okay. If you keep making gains and don't feel like you are overtraining. Most people hit body parts once per week, with the exception of calves and abs. Then allow for at least a 72hr break until you work that same bodypart again.

You probably do need testosterone, go and get a blood test from your Dr. try to get it done in the morning when your test levels are naturally lower.
