A1. Barbell curl: 5 reps/4 sets in superset with A2, tempo 201

shoulders tommorrow... my tris are hurting like hell. i hope the soreness gets less by tommorrow otherwise i cant hit my shoulders as hard as always

^^ it was not the best session because my tris were still sore. so the pressing movements were not as heavy as always.

D2: seated cable row: 5 reps/5 sets, tempo 602, rest 120 sec

again added 1 set extra.
i'm halfway the program now. till now its working ok for me.
