tris:

cant train today... my grandpa is very sick so i have to go to the hospital. thursday i will be back with a leg training

they discovered cancer... so my grandpa wont live for long anymore.... its sad but thats life, you have to face youre problems and deal with them after that you will become stronger.

what doesnt kill you makes you stronger..!!

after i heared it i went straight to the gym to do legs, just to think about something else

leg press: 20x80kg - 12x100kg - 10x110kg - 20x120kg
front squad: 12x35kg - 10x40 - 8x45
leg extension:15x30 - 12x35 - 10x40

standing calf raise: 10x130 - 10x130 - 10x130
