Just got back from the dokter. He said i cant train for 6 week. i have to immobilize my wrist for 6 weeks.
Ive got an inflamed tendon because i didnt rest after the car accident. It could get worse if i continue to train. If i dont want to get operated then i have to take rest. And that is what i gonna do. I got only 1 body and i have to be carefull with it.

So no training update's in here for at least 4 weeks.

dang Philo I'm sorry bro. Thats really too bad. Are you gonna hit any cardio or leg training at all? Fill us in, only upside of all this rest is when you come back, your body is going to be so shocked that no matter how great of a physique you had before its going to blast right through that because of the long hault.

Damn some wrists

If I where you I would listen to the doc. And rest more than that. 2months. Do a little cardio now and then. Eat protein rich diet.

It's better to loose a little muscle and strengh and be healthy than pampering your ego and maybe destroying the possibility ever training again.

Just my 2 cent.

**** man - that's a hard pill to swallow. Sorry to hear you're gonna be waiting even longer but at least you're taking it in your stride and doing what's right by yourself in the loing term. I know it's frustrating - but 6 weeks isn't too long in the grand scheme of things! Chin up man.

Man I couldn't imagine not workin out for 6 weeks, I took 2 extra days off a few weeks ago because my knee was sore and I hated it. but as long as you can still do some cardio and stay in decent shape then it's all good man, keep that head up. I remember reading about your accident awhile ago, was it your car or your mates that you crashed? (if you don't mind me asking) I'm just asking cause I've not long had one, and it's a major inconvience getting around now, so I share you car pain lol.

Can't wait to see you back bigger and better then ever bro, best of luck.

Philosopher! You lazy son of a bitch! How many weeks left till again?

In the mean time, post your new program here, meal plan that goes aside with it. If you can't lift, you can make sure you have the perfect set up for when the time is there.

Cmon buddy, make this **** alive again.
