Hello people...
Info: I'be been training since 2002 till 2004 as a big time amateur. I only gained 20pounds 'cause I didn't take it too seriously. Now I've been training like a mad man for little over a year now. In this period I gained about 15pounds (15% bf). Current weight: 202lbs!
Training: I have tried almost all training styles (hit,hst,2-5split) & I'm beginning to understand what my body responds best too. Currently I use a 4split which gave me the best workout of my "career". 2daysON,1dayOFF,2daysOFF,1dayOFF & restart :)
Day1: Chest + Biceps
Day2: Back + Abs
Day3: Shoulders, Traps + Triceps
Day4: Quads,Hams + Calves
Nutrition: 'Cause I'm on a AAS cycle I eat aroung 3000-3500kcal/day.
Cycle: See signature :hump:
What about :worthless ? Yeah, I will post some before & after pics after my cycle is done.

I hope this log will entertain u. Feel free to ask questions...

Well I hope so... My third week is over & already gained 13 solid pounds. The strength increase is incredible so I can't wait to kick ass in the gym every week. People are starting to notice it & I seem to have gained me some "street respekt" :garza:
My parents also looked like they saw an alien today (was only wearing a tank top). The old man was looking proud and was talking about arnold who became a Governor, but my mother complained about it. "You looked so hansom on those pictures one year ago" & "You don't take steroids do you?" Well, shame on me... :17er:
It's very hard to eat enough so I recently bought 6kg weightgainer which will be swallowed after every workout.

Tried for the first time to give myself the shot today. I was used to getting the dart in the glute by my dealer, but can't reach back there myself. So I decided to shoot myself in the quads. It hurts a bit more, but I don't have to relay on anybody now. A little scared of infection & I was shaking like a puppy :)
4th week in progress & 6 more to go...

Think it's the best place to inject. :)
Don't worry about infections, bro. As long as your not covert in mud and waste you'll be fine

Thanx for the reasurance :) My dealer was certain I have to shoot in the middle of the thigh. But according to several websites I have to inject in the outer thigh?

I do it in the outer thigh area as well.

3000-3500 calories doesn't sound like very much... I would eat a more if i were you.. 3000 is definately not enough...

I'm trying real hard to eat more... Added some nuts to my diet (healthy fats + kcal). Not a millionaire u know I don't see the problem as long as I'm gaining 2pounds a week. Don't want to gain fat.

My quads hurt like it was the bamboo tree which was kicked by Jean Claude Van Damme in Kickboxer. :~punching Hope that's normal???
