Info: I'be been training since 2002 till 2004 as a big time
amateur. I only gained 20pounds 'cause I didn't take it too seriously. Now I've been training like a mad man for little over a year now. In this period I gained about 15pounds (15% bf). Current weight: 202lbs!
Training: I have tried almost all training styles (hit,hst,2-5split) & I'm beginning to understand what my body responds best too. Currently I use a 4split which gave me the best workout of my "career". 2daysON,1dayOFF,2daysOFF,1dayOFF & restart :)
Day1: Chest + Biceps
Day2: Back + Abs
Day3: Shoulders, Traps + Triceps
Day4: Quads,Hams + Calves
Nutrition: 'Cause I'm on a AAS cycle I eat aroung 3000-3500kcal/day.
