Time for serious change in my diet. Over the past year I've learned that (some/many) carbs are my bodies enemy. I began a diet with 300g carbs & 200g protein 4 weeks ago. I lost roughly 1.5kg but haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks now.
So here is what I began this monday (01.05.06):
180g carbs (oatmeal, whole grain bread, veggies and some fruit)
250g protein (eggwhite, supplement, chickenbreast)
30g fat (natural, sunfloweroil)

I'm down to 2100 cals/day which isn't much for my 91kg/13% body, but I seem to be anabolic most of the time. I look more cut and still big when I train. Veins are beginning to pop out.

As for cardio, I started doing 300 ab reps after every workout and 20min on the stepmachine. I also run outside 30min every saturday and sunday on a empty stomach.

If I don't succeed in this diet and get down to 85kg/8%, I give up.

Goodluck with it man, I hope you don't give up and hope you suceed with it. It looks very strict best of luck.

P.S Im currently doing an anabolic diet to get lean for my 2nd contest and if it counts for anything you were my inspiration to give it a try.

Thank you.

The AD works real well. If I may give you some advice.

Remember a lot of cardio!
Limit the carbup days <24 hours!
Fat is the dominant food source in this diet, so don't go overboard with protein!
Buy vitamin supplements (B,C, Multi, Fiber)!
You can't train as hard, so limit the workout session to max. 45min!

That's about it. Good luck.

I measured my bf last year at 15%. This year I'm more defined. So it's a solid guess by experience.

Last year I measured it in a gym. Electronic scale.

Now I just go by the mirror and compare to others.
