I had an first time experience today I will share with you guys...
Went to train legs and started out with leg presses (90degree angle). Drank a lot of water 'cause I was sweating like never before. By the 5th set I was beginning to feel nautia. So I lied down a little and before I knew I felt like throwing up. Moved slowly towards the exit door but my mouth began to fill up with vomit and ran to the nearest sink. Fortunatly there was only 20 people in the gym
Threw up 3 times and felt ok again. Finished the workout.
