I would try different doctors... I know several people who has different back problems who still do theses exercises.. Thomas Jagd for example.. Try different doctors, or create a profile at motion-online.dk/fora....

That wasn't a doctor... Went to a chiropractor, which costs a lot of money! They know what they are talking about GoingBig. They even took x-ray photos and showed me the problem. My back is fucked! Spondylolistese means that my lower back can't handle heavy pressure. You can look Spondylolistese up on google.

That is something I have forever... *sniff sniff*

And it can't be fixed. Not many doctors will operate because of the risks. So no heavy basic exercises and that sucks big time.

Actually that's not true... Just watched Blood & Guts and he does perform hack squats and deadlift. Maybe that was after Blood & Guts. But I'll manage by doing leg extensions and leg presses. Just takes some experimenting time :)

? u mean 'cause of my condition?

Yeah, I thought of that too. But I have not problems doing those or shoulder presses. My back doesn't hurt at all when doing those.

Nope... Tried it and couldn't do hack squats or squat on the rack(machine).

Don't ask me why, the human body is a remarkable thing :19:
