I'm not gonna post front or legs right now. That's just embarrassing! So maybe I'm gonna post a front double biceps and front side chest pose after my cycle. I will only show legs after some serious cutting! I'm 94kg right now and need to cut at least 10kg fat.
It's easy seing the difference... The double back biceps is looking good.. The latspread isn't looking that good... It's hard saying if you are doing the pose bad or if you lats aren't wide enough...

What are your measurements?

Looking like you have been out in the sun

I think I measure 108cm chest/back. Haven't measured recently. My guess is my lats aren't wide enough :( But I'm working on it.

Yep, sun is good! :)

it's hard to compare a standing relaxed with actual poses...otherwise, quite frankly, i don't see any difference...also, why'd you black out the background?

The BB press was relly good but the DB flyes was not so good so I wonder if that was because you lost a lot of "styrka" on the presses?

Ahh ok... I don't know if I lost some "styrka" strengh cause of the bb presses. But I try to perform the exercise with good form. So the weights don't mean as much to me as long as I feel the pump. The weights are only the means to an end.
