It's always cool with pictures... But my guess is that you do wanna get bigger when your cycle is over.. Most people do.. It's in your mind!!!

I am now halfway through my cycle... A daaaaamn IT HATE INJECTIONS!!!! How anybody can do it by themselfes without beeing nervous is beyond me. Every time I sit 10minutes with the needle and try to psyche me up. When I finally have gathered all my mental strengh I inject and call myself a good damn pussy!

LOL... I were only nervous the very first time I injected my self... My hands very shaking like ****... But the second it were a lot better and now i guess i can do it with my eyes closed

I would buy all the supplements I could if I had the cash. But this AAS stuff is expensive **** + I'm not working. Living with my gf so she helps out a bit,but not to the degree that I can afford Glutamine, Creatine and so on.

Irritating....

... why don't u get a job are u thinking. No, don't have the time. Maybe in my sommervacation.

Then whay do you do? Doing some kind of study?

I would recommend you to get your fatty acids... I know that on women it has positiv effect on hormone levels, and my guess is that it has on males aswell... It has also effect on metabolism...

Got bad news. The gymowner measured my bf with caliber. He measured triceps,biceps,lower back(sides) og upper back. The first to places went really well with a score of 0. Now lower back I had 30 and upper 25. After som calculations he said that I had approx. 18kg fat and my ideal weight should be 88kg (94-95 right now) GOOD DAMN IT! Can't wait to start cutting.

I was measured before workout? why?

Because I wanted to try it no matter what! It ended up costing a bit more than expected. What can I say, you learn from your mistakes right!?

Just went out to celebrate the bad news with som grilled nachos and ice cream.

Quads, hams and calves

Began with front squats but couldn't do them. It was to damn hot and I was sweating like a pig so the bar kept slipping of my shoulders (didn't help with a towel either).

5xLeg extensions - 14x35kg,12x40kg,10x45kg,8x50kg
5xHack squats - 12,10,10,8,8x60kg

4xLying leg curls - 12x15kg,8x20kg,6x25kg,6x25kg

The plan was to train calves also, but my foot hurt (right in the middle, a stretchy feeling).

This was officially the worst workout I can remember! I'm going to the gym tomorrow and do calves only I think. Maybe some abs too.

Before - Rear Relaxed


Mid cycle - Rear Lat spread


Mid cycle - Rear double biceps


I'm not gonna post front or legs right now. That's just embarrassing! So maybe I'm gonna post a front double biceps and front side chest pose after my cycle. I will only show legs after some serious cutting! I'm 94kg right now and need to cut at least 10kg fat.

Can see that it was a bad work-out, 60kg in hack-squats? I use moore than that.
What are you wearing when you train legs, because I have never that problem wite the sweating, is it because of the "wheter", itīs ****ing hot in Swe now.
