I did legs yesterday and my strength was down. Usually I do 16 reps on leg extensions. Could only do 12. But I've gone up in db chest press. Odd.
Could all the cardio have something to do with it? I mean, I use my legs a lot.
I'm cutting until 30th of June. About 7 weeks to go. My goal is 85kg with 8% bf. But my arms looks smaller so I think I'm loosing a little muscletissue too.
