I did legs yesterday and my strength was down. Usually I do 16 reps on leg extensions. Could only do 12. But I've gone up in db chest press. Odd.

Could all the cardio have something to do with it? I mean, I use my legs a lot.

I'm cutting until 30th of June. About 7 weeks to go. My goal is 85kg with 8% bf. But my arms looks smaller so I think I'm loosing a little muscletissue too.

I would expect it could be the cardio - you've set yourself up quite the amount and probably will impact on your leg training. Could have just been one off day - difficult to judge or critique on the back of one session. Good about the DB press though! :)

Just saw cutlers new dvd (everyone should have that dvd) and am top motivated!!! No more cheatmeals the last 7 weeks. Gonna hit the weights hard tomorrow.

After that I'm gonna put on some mass. About 12lbs/5gk quality muscle in 12 weeks. From now on, I'm gonna cut down every 12 weeks. If anybody thinks that's a bad idea, please say so.

Actually, I think that'a very good idea. (depending on what you mean by cutting down of course).

I think that I'm going to do a very short cut period in my bulking stages from now on. Setting myself a little bulk goal, then cut for 2 weeks after that, new bulk goal, etc.

5 kg muscle mass in 3 months? That would be 20 kg muscle massin a year (minus the cut periods ofcourse). Isn't that a bit unreal? Or a you gonna take some candies again, but I thought you said to me you wouldn't do that again?

Caloriedeficit... In the 12 weeks bulking period I'm gonna go up 200cals/day every week ending at about 4500cals/day and then cut down 200cals/day another 12 weeks.
