FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to work out approximatly how much and of what I am consuming. You can customize foods you add to make it as accurate as possible.

Then I will record the nutritional breakdown of what I eat on a daily basis. Including Protein, Carbs, fats, calories, water and other things.
My goals:
Dieting for contest in under two weeks now thus consuming little at the moment.
My aim is to be around 118-122lbs(54-55kg) contest day.
After the contest (can't wait till it's over) I will start a bulk where I will aim firstly for 3000cals. a day and see what happens.At this point I will want to add some solid mass and I will not mind if i get some fat.
