Today i started a new workout which will be done MONDAY,WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY.
The workout should last between 6-9 weeks
The workout is an all body session lasting 40 minutes , having a minutes rest between sets.
The exercises are 2 seconds possitive and 4 seconds negative.

BEHIND NECK CHINS - 12 REPS
BENCH PRESS - 12 REPS
BAR ROW - 12 REPS
DIPS - 12 REPS
BAR CURLS - 12 REPS
STANDING DB TRICEP EXT - 12 REPS
PULL UPS - 12 REPS
DIPS - 12 REPS
STIFF LEG DEAD LIFTS - 15 REPS
WRIST CURLS - 12 REPS
TRUNCK CULS - 12 REPS
