Are you looking for a critique? Or are you posting a log?
Where in NY are you?

I'm from upstate

Ok 1st question, why all incline? I'm personnally not a fan of pyramid style w/o's, I would pyramid down before I ever considered pyramiding up. Look at your incline DB presses, don't you think you'd achieve more hypertrophy by doing 3-4 sets of 6-8 with 105's?
Also are you trying to add size? If you are why are you playing with pec decks and cables? Heavy compound movements like BB press are key to packing on size. jmho

Well then if it ain't broke.....
At your age every w/o will work to some degree so if your having fun with what your doing then I say keep pushing! Study form and make good habits now, but the w/o you do is not really that important. Just remember if you want a big chest ya gotta squat big!

Basics, typical chest w/o
Bench Press: Warm-up, 3setsX6reps
Incline DB press: 3x5-8
Exercise of the day, I'll either do 3 sets of Flies, HammerStrength, Band pushups, weighted dips or whatever is open.
Total=9 sets, unless I'm feeling spunky then I might throw some cable work or something at the end.
