Welcome to the training log section.

I dont wanna sound like a asshole or a MR.know it all I just wanted to give friendly advice on your split.

Doing tri's the next day after chest and then hitting shoulders the day after that is basically doing tri's 3 days in a row.

Also honestly training your lower body one day a week is gonna limit your potential for growth overall in the long run. Im not perfect just trying to help.

the deadlift is do more bc of how tall you are. its like squats. the taller you are the harder time ya have. your 6ft 3. thats a huge ROM...legs are helf your body.. I've always love training legs but I've had friends that say'if you get there early you can hit legs,we're just be late"

on your split.. I'm knew to go against the chest/tris ..back/bis type of split. b/c after the press and rows/chins you arms are already dead.. I would change it to team them oppsitely like chest/bis and back/tris. or shoulder/tris..tri's aren't a big part of shoulders training.. its only in the presses. and for shouldres its only one pressing movement..legs you should train togather. quads/hams and calves.. add in some rest days...i personally, dont train forearms..but if you feel that you do.. do them on your last day of the week.. so that it doesnt kill your next workout weight wise. forearms are fast twich muscles but its not that fast.. since you have a big frame, you need to mody ur ROM. to a narrower bc you cant bring heavy weights all the way up and all the way donw.

the reason why i hate to do deadlifts and train legs as much is fear of hurting my knee again just the other day i was wrestling heard it pop 3 times and was in pain for like 10-15 mins...good lifts and good luck though.
