Yesterday was Chest day so here ya go

Wide Grip Bench 1 set 185 warmup....2 sets 245 one set 265
cable crossovers 3 sets 60 each hand
natulus flys 2 sets 120 1 set 130
decline bench 2 sets 210 1 set 240
dumbell bench 3 sets 80

ill try to get my bicep workout posted later tonight
