Ok, first my stats.

I'm 19 years old, I've been training for about a year and a half. I currently weigh 175lb's and i'm 5' 10".

I'm going to start a log here because remembering the weight I did off the top of my head is getting old.

Here is my current routine:

Monday
- Back/Bi
Tuesday- Chest/Tri
Wed- abs
Thursday- Legs
Friday- Shoulders

Here is what I did today.

I decided to try cutting for a little this summer, I got myself down to 175lb, from 185lb, I maintained some of my strength, but I plan to gain it all back when I start bulking.

Back/Bi's

Pullups- 4xfailure
Deadlift- 4x5 225, 275, 300, 295 (I went down in weight because I had some bad form on the 300 lift)
Barbell Rows- 3x8 115, 135, 135
Pulldowns- 4x10 110, 120, 120, 130
DB Rows- 3x8 60, 60, 60

Bi's

DB Curl- 3x8 30, 35, 35
DB Hammer Curl- 3x10 30, 35, 35

I'm always open to suggestions, so tell me what you think!!

2. dont workout for a few days and just pig as much as possible.
3. take some creatine, i gained over 40lbs from creatine *dam it
