LOL in the pic u showed me you were like 120 LBS max.... and goin from 180 to 250 in about 6 months.. that pretty hard to belive.. and if you did gain all that weight.. it would be mostly fat... maybe 5lbs of muscle... stop being a goof!!!

im getting so strong i can´t belifeave it man that was some good day afer a real big guy around 280-290 powerlifter asked me if i had a partner and i say´d no and then he asked me if i would like to join him cuz he saw my raw power and i sayd hey why not

that all folks. another day and another begining!!!!

Even some stats would be good. You can tell alot from stats. Even when people make them up you can usually spot that.

I'm talking about all girths included in that. Most people don't know what sort of arm and leg measure you'll have relative to weight, so when they make them up it is obvious.
