pin lockout squats-585x5,675x5,725x5(10 sec pause at top)
deadlift- 405x5,495x3x3,515x3
3 to 5 min. breaks in between every thing done raw

thx guys havent been on in a while. ill post my last workout
7/4/06 me squat/deadlift day
front squat- worked up to 375 and injured my shoulder, i usaully go over 400 on this.
legcurls-180x5x3
stiff legged deads-225x10,325x7x2
barbell rows-305x7x3
ez curl bar curls-115x8x2
3 sets of crunches at end and some rotator cuff work.
gonna take A WEEK off from training to let my shoulder heal. oh yea i missed fireworks because i worked out 2 late oh well theres always next year
