315 for 6x6, 205 also on french press that is good dude I ****ing suck at bench I dont even know what the hell i bench all the way probably some low ass number lol. First time doing anything with new sets and reps is hard today when I tried the new workout though worked great didnt get tired as fast as I usually do because number of reps and everything. I actually came home not exhausted but muscles were so I wasnt huffing and puffing like I usually am. Treated myself to an 8x8 at burger king u need to try it dude my girlfriend was driving they said they didnt have a wrapper big enough so I got 2 4x4 when I got home put it together so 8 peices of meat 8 peices of cheese bbq sauce and 8 peices of bacon my girlfriend didnt want her bacon so I made myself a 4 peice bacon sandwhich too I was hungry still am. dont know how many calories or fat content and **** like that just hungry
