Well, i havent been able to get on for a coulpe of days so im just gonna go over what i have bee up to!!!!!!!!!!!

So lets get started!!! Last time i told everyone how my comeback was. And it ws good. But now we are back on track. My Next day at the gym we had to hit the legs (i like to get them out of the way) so like most people we warm up the knees for what will be hell on earth!!! Leg extentions come up first. Me and my training partner (Nick) go no lower than 20 reps so we start with 50 pounds, next is 100, then 120. we go heavy but good form is a must!!!! Then we go to the battle field!!! The SQUAT rack.......(dramtic music)......we start with a feel set of 135 for 20 next is 185 for 12, then 225 for 8. Our final set is 315 for 6. My quads are on fire, then just because this is my first offical day back Nick makes me do drop sets until we have 1 plate each side. I hate him...not really. He is why im where i am today. But next we go over to the leg press machine. My favorite!!!! Again we start with a plate a side for 20 then keep addin a plate a side for 4 more sets. last set we add 2 so thats 6 plates a side. and we bothe get 7 reps. Then we do leg curls. 3 sets of 20 reps usin 100 pouns each time. Then we move over to some barbells and do the dreaded WALKING LUNGES!!!!! Gotta get the buns workin to! ha ha, but yea we do 60 feet back and 60 feet forward with 115. Then we do calves. seated calf raises and standin. all ya need to do. And we were done!!! god damn! it still hurts and i had to rest like 30 min before we left. And for two 15 year olds i think that was a damn good workout. Well ill talk to you fellas tomorrow and give u days 3 and 4 of my return to the gym! Stay cool and peace out!

Ok, here we go for my favorite day for workouts in the whole world!!!!!!!! ITS BACK DAY!!!!! I love it and Nick hates it so i really have to push him. And thats why we workout togeather....but yea lets to get to the workout, thats why you read these things right!!!! ha ha, so yea...we start the day off by doin some pull ups. We do 3 sets of 15 and have 20 extra pounds on us....fun stuff...my back was on fire!! so yea next we walk over to the pulldown machine and superset widegrip pulldowns with close grip pulldowns. we do 4 sets of 8-12 reps. Next we go to the t-bar machine and crank out some rows...i go up to 2 45s for 8 reps and nick does 2 for 6. Next we go to the final part of the workout...my personal favorite..... Deadlifts!!! yay! Ok so heres what happens....we start out with 135 for 12, next we go to 225 for 10....next we go for 290 for 8 but nick only gets 6...then we take it to another level, i put on 330 and get another 8 reps out and nick somehow pushes him self to get 8! He matched me!!! that made me very proud and shows how he has come along. we thats all the hell we went through for that day. So we will give u our story some time in the next day or to hope you enjoyed readin about how we suffer!!!! ha ha, we see say kids!
