ok so nick couldnt do it cuz he got sick, so now me and my brother whos name is also matt are going to do it next wednesday. So i got to workout. I decided to do an arm workout just because i wont be able to do it for like another week. And because i thought the were startin to look small. So i just workout at home. And while i was flippin threw my new Flex i read the article on Phil Heath and his arm routine. And let me tell you that workout is crazy!! So the first thing i did was preacher curls. I do 3 sets of 10-12, i use 80 pounds then 90 and then finally 100 pounds and get ten on all and my arms were already pumped. Next I set up a bench and do incline Dumbell curls except there not your average incline curls. Instead of alternating the curls i do ten on one arm then i switch the to the other arm and do ten pounds and thats 1 set. I use 30 pounds then 35 and finaly 40 pounds and get 10 on the first two and 8 on the last. Its pumped as hell. Next i go over and do overhead cable curls and get 10 reps with 40 pounds for 3 sets. And to finish off the biceps i do one set of single arm overhead cable curls for 12 reps with 40 pounds. No its time to do some triceps. We start with cable Pushdowns but the kind he does is crazy!!! Is like this (some of you already know what im about to say) you start with a certain weight then after you get 10 reps you increase the weight up 10 pounds for 10 more reps and then 10 more pounds for a final 10 reps and thats 1 set and you start 10 pounds heavier on the next 2 sets than you did on the previous set. I HAD TO DO 3!!! so i start light with 40 pounds and get 10 on all 3 increases. Next i start on 50 and get 10 on the nest two increases as well but just barley. And next i start with 60 and only get 10 on the first increase and i get 6 with 80 pounds. My arms are dead but i still have two more excises left.... next i had to do overhead extentions and get 10 reps with 25 pounds 30 pounds and 8 with 30 pounds. Finally i do Machine Dips for 12 reps. I use 80 pounds then 90 pounds and finally 110 pounds for 12 on all of em. I couldnt flex them when i was done, but i made it threw so i think i will be able for ARMagedon. So stay tuned for the Inch in a day results next wednesday!!! I will Post pictures!!!! Duces

Well god dang....its been a long ass time since ive posted somethin on here...this time im gonna keep with it. SO yea!! Lets get to what everyone reads these things for...the workouts...ok here we go. It was arms today and im actually workin out with my girlfriend who is a varsity cheerleader so that somethin that you normally wouldnt find in a girl huh? ha ha, thank god she doesnt look like me...but neways. im just gonna tell what i did and if yall want ill start putin what she does. But first up was Dumbell curls...4 sets of 6-8. I get a easy 8 with 35 pounds for my first set, another easy 8 with 40 for the second. The third set was a little harder but i still got 8 with 45's. My last set was 6 with 55's and i was suprised that i could get that many i didnt try 55's before today but i wanted to impress the girl ha ha. Next was Reverse pushdowns...havent done these before so it was somethin new to me. i did 4 sets of 8-12. I got 12 with 40 pounds, 12 with 50 pounds, 9 with 60 and i just stayed with 60 for my last set and got only 8 this time. it was a real burner this one. Next up was somemore Bi's and hit up the preachers. 3 sets of 8-10 and i did 10 with 75 and 115 for 8 on my last two sets. After that was skull crushers. I did 100 for 10 on my first set, 115 of 8for my second, 120 of 6 for my third and another 120 for 6 on my last. That was it. After that i just did some dips to failure.... that was pretty much it. It was a good workout =...stilll trying to build lots of strengh while still getin a good pump. And the xyience Nos is great it give really good pumps. I suggest yall try it. And im now startin to get serious for my first contest...Mr.Collins Hill. I know its nothin major and its at my high school but its a contest to me and some of the kids doin it are pretty good. so its in january and im gonna post pics when it all said and done!! Hopefully i will get the 1st place prize.... $200 and a 1 yr gym membership to bodyplex!! Well ill be sein yall. Pce!

Sorry i havent been postin for a bit, i havent been working out cuz i was sore and felt like i was startin to overtrain, and i am currently working out a sponsorship with Indisuputable Muscle. So i realyl hope it works out and if it does im gonna be postin workouts during my preperation for the 2007 Teen nationals! So ill be starting to post again next week. See you then!
