Well god dang....its been a long ass time since ive posted somethin on here...this time im gonna keep with it. SO yea!! Lets get to what everyone reads these things for...the workouts...ok here we go. It was arms today and im actually workin out with my girlfriend who is a varsity cheerleader so that somethin that you normally wouldnt find in a girl huh? ha ha, thank god she doesnt look like me...but neways. im just gonna tell what i did and if yall want ill start putin what she does. But first up was Dumbell curls...4 sets of 6-8. I get a easy 8 with 35 pounds for my first set, another easy 8 with 40 for the second. The third set was a little harder but i still got 8 with 45's. My last set was 6 with 55's and i was suprised that i could get that many i didnt try 55's before today but i wanted to impress the girl

ha ha. Next was Reverse pushdowns...havent done these before so it was somethin new to me. i did 4 sets of 8-12. I got 12 with 40 pounds, 12 with 50 pounds, 9 with 60 and i just stayed with 60 for my last set and got only 8 this time. it was a real burner this one. Next up was somemore Bi's and hit up the preachers. 3 sets of 8-10 and i did 10 with 75 and 115 for 8 on my last two sets. After that was skull crushers. I did 100 for 10 on my first set, 115 of 8for my second, 120 of 6 for my third and another 120 for 6 on my last. That was it. After that i just did some dips to failure.... that was pretty much it. It was a good workout =...stilll trying to build lots of strengh while still getin a good pump. And the xyience Nos is great it give really good pumps. I suggest yall try it. And im now startin to get serious for my first contest...Mr.Collins Hill. I know its nothin major and its at my high school but its a contest to me and some of the kids doin it are pretty good. so its in january and im gonna post pics when it all said and done!! Hopefully i will get the 1st place prize.... $200 and a 1 yr gym membership to bodyplex!! Well ill be sein yall. Pce!
