Going to start keeping a log of all my gym activity. This is an off week for me until I get my membership to our gym which will be this week hopefully wednesday.

Well, keeping in mind this is my off week, here is my little lifting i did today.



Bench (burnouts with wide grip):
135x10
125x15
115x20
95x25
135x15
225x3


Plate Rises
45x10
45x10
45x10
45x10

Sholder Presses
95x10
115x10
115x10
125x10

Thats it, keep in mind off day so just doing a little bit of something.

Thanks man, i cant never really have a complete day off. :) got to do something, if its just running. :) Its just an off week for my football though, so I can still lift. I'll probablly take wednesday completely off, and play some basketball.

Today was pretty much a complete off day. I did a few lifts but nothing extreme.

hey glad to see a new log up, looking forward to it. You deffinately have some excellent strength considering your only 16. When you start cutting, if you need any advice im sure we can help, but I can also help out real well...take a look at my sig and check out how much I dropped. ill keep up with this log and good luck!

I was meaning 45 in each hand, so 90lbs for both. Sorry, should have specified. :)

Finally got my membership, so now starting to train. Here was today, was an upper body day for myself. no cardio because i simply didnt have time, but tommorrow we will be making up for it. :)

bench:
155x5
185x5
205x5
225x5

incline:
135x5
155x5
185x5
205x5

decline:

145x5

225x5 (help needed a little)

triceps:
95x10
110x10

After working out, went by subway and got a healthy sub. :)

Turkey on wheat
Lettuce
Tomatoe
Pickles
Squirt of Oil and Vinegar (just to get some flavor)

then i messed with some other machines and did stuff, but dont know what its called. i write the names down tommorrow. tommorrow is a lowerbody day, and ill be doing squats, deadlifts, calf training, leg press, and some cardio exersizes, along with crunches.

Thanks guys. Lower body day

Squat:

Deadlift:
205x5 (hard to get used to doing)

Leg Press:
225x10
305x10

angled squat (machine)
305x5
365x5
405x5

calf exersizes:
90x10
150x10
250x10 (great feeling)

then after the calf exersizes we went and did about 30 minutes of cardio exersizes. We did some machine where you are pretty much running which I did a mile on. then i moved over to the treadmil and did about another 45 minutes on that.

I bet your deadlift and leg press numbers will go up pretty quick judging by that squat weight! Superb lifts.

30 minute cardio exersize

From the time school was over, (2 week ago today), I have lost 5bs. :) When we maxed last time i weighed in at 274, now im down to 269.

Thanks guys, todays an off day for me. I had to be at work at 6 this morning, and got off at 12, and have to be at my other job at 3 until 10:30, so im taking today off and will just have to lift sunday night.
