Leg day, legs are kinda sore but not to to bad.

Leg Press (between each squat as a rest)

Then after this, I did some odd and in shit and then did about 10 minutes of running which was about 1 mile. easy day, yet effective. tommorrow will be upper body day at 6:30am. :) love it ! |
