Those are some nice numbers on the bench and squat. I might be able to get 225 x 12 but i would be too tired to doo much else, lol.
When you do squats how far do you normally go down? I have been working on going real low but, when i put any amount of weight on there it makes it a real pain in the ass, literally. I have been doing 135 x 10 before every workout trying to get my form down perfectly.
Anyway, good numbes bro, you are a beast. I have been hitting it hard and I have gone from 14 3/4 arms to about 16 1/2 since Feb. 18's would be real nice... |
