I need help in a training log, is training for strrength for 3 months then swaping to training for bigness for 3 months a good idea? i don't know what to do so help me out please.

How do other people do this? do they train for strength for a year then swap to bigness the next year its very confusin and i get stressed out.

ha its GOOD to see you HERE! you finally amde it over very good ok first man just write up what you're doing your sets your reps and most importantly your exercises that you're doing. from ther ask if what you're doing is good and other people can pick up on things that may not be doing wel and help you with it. since you're getting confiused with what i say some things yo uo just type up what you did today and get your log moving from there man.

As has been said - post what you're doing or want to do. You can make your routine a combination of the 2 because to a point they are related anyway.
