I know and I def. won't be doing that workout every time, just wanted to give it a try. I think my worksets normally is in the 14-20 area.
I had an injury at work where I fell down from a truck and landed on my lower back so won't be doing any squats or deadlifts for another month or so. Even the lightweight I used in Db. stifflegged deads hurt my back a bit.
