I've started a new log because I felt I needed a fresh start.
I'm using a 4 split pogram because I like a lot of volume, and due to my job I can't rely on that I have to train in a specific way, on a specific day.

Todays training was inspired by Cutler's new DVD. I just wanted to try his leg workout (ecxept one that I can't do because my gym don't have that machine), and 3 worksets per excercise.

Leg-extensions (warm-up):

Legpress:
12*200kg
12*240kg
8*280kg
8*280kg

Hacksquat:
10*90kg
10*110kg
7*120kg
8*120kg

Smith Frontsquats:
10*50kg
9*70kg
4*90kg

Walking Lunges:

?*35kg
?*35kg

Leg-Extensions:
6*35kg
10*35kg
10*35kg

Lying Legcurl:
12*25kg
10*35kg
9*35kg

DB. stifflegged deadlifts:
10*32kg
10*32kg
10*32kg

Wide stand Legpress:
10*120kg
8*160kg
8*160kg

Standing legcurl:
10*25kg
8*35kg
8*35kg

Serieusly, if you include the warm up, that's an equal amount of sets I do in 6 workouts.

I know and I def. won't be doing that workout every time, just wanted to give it a try. I think my worksets normally is in the 14-20 area.
I had an injury at work where I fell down from a truck and landed on my lower back so won't be doing any squats or deadlifts for another month or so. Even the lightweight I used in Db. stifflegged deads hurt my back a bit.

LOL, you could have included atleast one excersize for calves. But then again, you are lazy

Yeah I can walk.. but I prefer not to but the ecxercise that killed my legs today was walking lunges. Every time I do normal lunges my glutes gets fucked up right away and doing walking lunges didn't help
