Todays training

Wasn't supposed to train untill tommorrow but I was just in the mood for some pain.
I started in a new gym today and thats why some weights are in lbs due to the machines, and not in kgs as usual.

the rows are starting to feel really heavy.. almost too heavy. and th enew gym Ive started in, doesn't allow people to use chalk.. so I loose a lot of grip because of that. I hated each rep in bb rows today..

My body is pretty beat right now.. Might go and train some calves/light weight delts tommorow but nothing more... except maybe chat up some foxy ladies.
