Ronnie does rows with prfect for in the unbelievable JB. If u have that vid watch his back day and when he does his bent over rows he has perfect form on his bent rows.

Just watched that part and all though it kind of difficult to see it properly due to the angle it was filmed in, I am pretty sure I do it just like that. I do them a bit more explosive though.

it adds up to quite an amount. and tommorow it's 10 sets of bb rows with 145kg (320lbs) and 10 sets of benchpress.. I'm gonna get my ass kicked

It might work, doesn't say it's best.

If you want to go from point A to point B, crawling might work, but we both know there would be a better way.

I know but I'll have to wait untill I'm finished with my Smolov jr since the weights are already put out and I'm not gonna change my style/form in middle of it.
