Well those deads where nothing and I'm only rumanian deads in the new program anyways.

As far as the new program goes it's 2 split pull/push thing. With breathing squats, Smolov Jr cycle for bent over rows and 10x10 for bench.

thanx a lot, Q80. Felt pretty strange only doing 1 rep in that excercise.. but with 170kg loaded on the barbell I couldn't have done 2 reps anyways

I put breathing squats in because then my legworkout is quickly done I hate training legs.

The Smolov jr is only a 3 week cycle but with the chosen excercise 4 times a week.

But this is how it looks with my new pr in bb rows.

Week 1: sets*reps*weight
day 1 - 6*6*120kg
day 2 - 7*5*127,5kg
day 3 - 8*4*135kg
day 4 - 10*3*140kg

Week 2:
day 1 - 6*6*130kg
day 2 - 7*5*137,5kg
day 3 - 8*4*145kg
day 4 - 10*3*155kg

Week 3:
day 1 - 6*6*135kg
day 2 - 7*5*142,5kg
day 3 - 8*4*150kg
day 4 - 10*3*160kg

This + breathing squats + 10x10 is HARDCORE.

Propz to you if you manage through these weeks and didn't chicken out on weights.

don't think that 10x10 is that hard. biggest challenge is def. breathing squats
And the program only runs for 3 weeks so it should be do-able

Anything over 5 reps kills me. Multiple sets kill me.

BTW, I do something familiar to breathing squats...but it's more like 20 sets with one rep lol.

Damn man. 1709kg BB Row! Now that is heavy!
New programme looks hardcore too. Look forward to seeing how you go with this one. Make sure you post up your sessions regular. Good to see how you do with it!
