Great routine man. Lots of vriety. I've done thos elying curls a couple of times - really feel it in the bi's with a lot lighter weight than you'd think, like you say cos it's difficult to cheat.

For the last two days I've been focused on today's leg training. Got home very early from work, just been eating most of the day.. everything was perfect. Come down to the gym and open my log and I see.. that it's back day... fucking hell!
