LYING LEG CURL: 80x12, 95x12, 110x12, 125x10
CALVES
I was really pleased with this session. Since ive failed to complete my diet by July 1st, Ive gotten real serious and straightend my diet so I get the right amount of protein and carbs. Then every week ill back down on the carbs. Ill post my diet later tonight, but I gotta get goin to work. See ya tomorrow for chest/tris.
