Looks like I've missed a few quality sessions in here. Impressive nerve to do those high reps - especially on the big compounds so full credit to you. As everyone is saying you're making sterling progress and it's great coming in here and seeing you push onward and upward! :)

Leg Day! Excellent session. No real squats again, but thats alright. This is my first session as a V.I.P, so I better have superb sessions all the time.

LEGS

SQUATS (Smith): 135x12, 155x12, 165x10, 185x10
DB LUNGES: 25x12, 30x10 LEG EXTENSION (weight per leg): 65x12, 80x10
HAMMER STRENGTH LEG PRESS: 180x12, 200x12, 230x10, 270x10
HACK SQUAT MACH.: 140x12, 160x12, 180x10, 190x10
LYING LEG CURL: 80x12, 95x12, 110x12, 125x10
CALVES

I was really pleased with this session. Since ive failed to complete my diet by July 1st, Ive gotten real serious and straightend my diet so I get the right amount of protein and carbs. Then every week ill back down on the carbs. Ill post my diet later tonight, but I gotta get goin to work. See ya tomorrow for chest/tris.

your weights are gradually improving, remember next week I'm helping you with your back/biceps session, I'm going to make you put a massacre upon your body.

This legs session was a good one for sure, next week I want to see over 300lbs on that leg press though no exceptions, talk to you later.

good job, those numbers are rising, keep it up! u should try and start doing squats, they will help you get legs like big ben!

Great job on those wheels of yours Paulie. If they're anything like mine, you'll be in a world of complete pain right now!

Hey, don't worry about messing up the diet. At least you've recognised what must be done. My diet went to shit a couple of months ago and I put on another 10lbs of lard!!!! But I'm now completely focused and logging everything I eat and when I eat it. Every now and then I analyze it and adjust accordingly to my training schedule and weight. Stay on top of it and train like a fucking animal possessed my friend.

CJU - thank you for the comment! my hams are pretty decent.
tweak - you will see 300 on leg press next week, just for you.
robcardu - thanx man! well im glad you've seen my sis, and lol at the clint part.
bigben - thank you, food is very important, more important than the training. I seem to forget that alot, lol.
MM - thanx man, but I did do Squats, on the smith machine. If real squats is what your taking about, I usually do them but not this time.
evo - im in a bit of pain, usually im very sore. Im doing everything your doing, ive gotten really serious, I log everything down like what I eat, how many carbs and protein I get, I already know I get barely any fat in my diet, so I hope to see some good results from this new diet ive put together recently!

Thanx for the comments everyone, really appreciate it, gets me motivated and keeps me focused.

P.S. - sometime this week I will post my diet, I promise.

CHEST

INCLINE DB PRESS: 40x12, 45x12, 50x10, 55x10 <ds> 35x10
FLAT DB PRESS: 45x12, 50x10, 55x10, 55x9F
INCLINE DB FLYES: 20x12, 25x12, 30x10, 35x10
NAUTILUS PULLOVER MACH.: 110x12, 125x12, 135x10, 140x10

TRICEPS

HAMMER STRENGTH SEATED DIPS: 90x12, 110x12, 140x10, 150x10 (WoW...)
OVERHEAD ROPE EXT.: 60x12, 70x12, 80x10 <ds> 60x10

ABS

Chest was pumped, and made some nice improvements. My goal was to get 50x10 on incline press, but realized I did that last 12-10 rep chest session...so I went up to 55 and dominated those dumbells. Rest tomorrow, back/bis Thursday, see you all. Thanx for viewing my log!!
