Last night was Delts & Abs. It was an awesome workout. On my first exercise, It went bad, and it fueled me to push myself through the rest of the night. I will explain, but here was my night...

1. Seated DB Press: 25x15, 30x15, 35x15, 35x15
2. Upright BB Row: 55x15, 65x15, 75x12 <ds> 65x10F
3. Military Press: 65x15, 75x15, 85x15, 95x15 (did better than I thought)
4. Standing Rear Raises: 20x15, 25x15, 30x10 <ds> 20x10F
5. Standing Side Raises: 15x15, 20x12, 20x12 <ds> 15x10F
6. Rev. Pec Dec: 50x15, 60x15, 70x15
7. Abs

On seated DB press, I went for 40 on my last set, I kicked it up and put the 40 up like its nothin with my right arm, then couldnt get it up with my left arm for the life of me. So I was pretty pissed, but made up for it with the dropsets. It was a really good night and I was feeling the burn in my rear delts. Monday is legs again! have a good one!

soon you need to be to my level Paul so we can just train with the same weights and can workout faster.

I hope your side raises were better instead of that crap form that you were doin for a little while. Yesterday I saw some guy at the gym doing them even worse than how you were doing them, I instantly thought of you. He was a pile of douche however and had no idea what he was doing and thought he was big and I laughed at him a little.

Well, car broke down this morning on the way to school. I dont know what happened, but thankfully I was very close to school and could walk the rest of the way. They toe'd it to the shoppe and couldnt make it to the gym today cause im working 5-10 tonight. It really pissed me off, but hopefully I can get to the gym tomorrow. Ill keep you all updated...

Big shoulder session - and despite the no 40's set - you made up for it with the drop sets and other exercises.

I made it to the gym today. Im borrowing my sisters car for right now and driving her around. Chest & Tris, pretty good workout, here it is...

1. Flat DB Press: 40x12, 45x12, 50x10, 55x10
2. Incline DB Press: 30x12, 35x12, 40x10, 45x12(5 sec. neg)
3. Nautilus Pullover Mach.: 100x12, 110x12, 120x10, 130x6 <ds> 100x10
4. Flat DB Flyes: 20x12, 25x12, 30x10, 35x10
5. Overhead Rope Ext.: 60x12, 70x12, 80x10 <ds> 40x15
6. Hammer Strength Seated Dips: 70x12, 80x12, 90x15(5 sec. neg)
7. Abs

This was a very good workout, completed it all a little over an hour. I was pretty impressed with my flat and incline db presses considering I had to take two weeks off due to a rotater cuff injury and work training. The last week before the 2 week break, I did 65x7 on flat Db and 55x6 on incline Db press. The burn felt great on the flat flyes and the pullovers, wow. Tomorrow is my day off, and Ill try to do legs sometime this week.

that pullover machine is awesome I told you. Hopefully next Tuesday we are able to train Chest/Triceps together, that would be grand.

your weight didnt go down that much either, you'll be back up in no time, especially with different reps each week shocking your body.

See you later, probably tomorrow night at Safs

Thanx everybody for the comments! It really keeps me goin. I trained Back and Bis yesterday. It was a pretty good workout, it could of gone better I guess, but I was satisfied with it. Here it was...

1. Deadlifts: 95x12, 135x12, 155x10, 175x10
2. BB Row: 95x12, 115x12, 135x10, 145x8
3. Hammer Strength Lat Row: 115x12, 135x12, 155x10, 165x10
4. T-Bar Row: 45x12, 55x10, 55x10, 55x10
5. DB Shrugs: 50x12, 55x12, 60x10, 65x10
6. DB Curls: 25x12, 30x10, 35x10 <ds> 25x10 <ds> 15x10
7. BB Curls: 55x12(standard grip), 55x12(wide grip), 55x12(close grip)

Ok, im not gonna lie, im probably gonna drop the weight on T-bar rows because its a little heavy and my form is starting to suck, so im droppin that one next week. I havent done BB Rows in about a month and they suck a little right now. Hopefully ill get those back up to 180 - 185 a couple weeks or so. Tweak said I should try different grips on BB curl, well I did, and it was different. I could feel the bis being worked a different way which is good. I was supposed to do Powershrugs but somebody was squatting and I couldnt wait around for them, so I did DB shrugs. It was a good session, but I need to change some stuff for next week. adios...
