well hello, havent been on for ages, my net got disconnected i m at school now so yeah.

i ve been getting stronger even though i am cutting now, here is my last chest and back day.

Bench press
50 kgs 15 reps
55 kgs 12 reps
60 kgs 9 reps
70 kgs 4 reps

T bar rows
40 kgs 12reps
50 kgs 12reps
60 kgs 10 reps

incline dumbell press
17.5 kgs 12reps
20 kgs 10 reps
25 kgs 10 reps

lat pull down
50 kgs 12 reps
55 kgs 10 reps
60 kgs 8 reps

pec deck
55 kgs 12 reps
65 kgs 10 reps
65 kgs 10 reps

dips

Deadlifts

i would recomend you doing deadlifts earlier on in your workout. just a thought
