i do calfs and abs on a set day, calfs are like ym favorite thing to train

alright calfs day

standing calf raises

15 kgs for 40 reps (warm up)
50 kgs for 15 reps
55 ksg for 12 reps
60 kgs for 10 reps
35 kgs for 100 reps

Seated calf raise
43 kgs for 30 reps
63 kgs for 12 reps
70 kgs for 10 reps
50 kgs for 10 reps

toe press
60 ksg for 40 reps
100 kgs for 25 reps
140 kgs for 20 reps
170 kgs for 15 reps

i tohught i was about to fall over after the 100 reps haha

nice leg and calf workouts. 100 reps on calves! feel the burn! good job with the high reps, nice numbers as well.

thanks paul, today should have been my chest and triceps day but i have been 4 days in a row and i feel like a rest so yeah

I m looking to start to put some more advance excercises in my training like french press and push press, jsut making sure push presses are for shoulders right?

advanced for which body part man? frenchies are awesome (to me i call frenches seated 2 arm overhead db extns) and push presses are power exercise for the shoulders primary always feel termendous soreness around the serratus area the next day
