this is the first time i post my workout log.. im not new here.. but only this time that i decided to post on it so i can see if im improving and some comments from you guys. positive or negative, it's okay. i want to learn different techniques with you guys! all ideas are welcome..


today i did shoulder workout routine with slight ab workout. lights but high intesity coz i have work to do. it last for half an hour.here it goes..

seated smith machine military press
1st set-100 lbs for 15 reps(warmup)
2nd set-130lbs for 8 reps
3rd set-170lbs for 5 reps
4th set -180lbs for 3 reps

seated dumbell military press
1st set-40 lbs for 15 reps
2nd set-50 lbs for 12 reps
3rd set-75 lbs for 10 reps

side lateral's(both arms)
1st set-30 lbs for 14 reps
2nd set-40 lbs for 10 reps
3rd set-50 lbs for 8 reps

front raise(alternate)
1st set-20 lbs for 14 reps
2nd set-30 lbs for 10 reps
3rd set-40 lbs for 8 reps

bent over laterals
1st set-30 lbs for 14 reps
2nd set-40 lbs for 10 reps
3rd set-50 lbs for 10 reps

here's my ab workout..
lying leg raise-100 reps without stopping
ab crunches- 400 reps without stopping
sit ups for 4 sets of 25reps

thats it. tommorow i will do leg workout. i'll gonna puke. so here it is.. you can critique my routine. thanks a lot..

400 reps?

Don't do that man, you don't do 400 reps for other body parts, so why for abs?

coz i got a big tummy with fat... thats why. i hope i can help to reduce my waist coz i do cardio not often..

do cardio at the tiem u would normally do your crunches then man!
holy shit 10 reps @ 75's after your other presses and those side raises with 50's are massive man well done nice workout!!


hope to keep reading your workouts in here mate keep them posting!!

Agreed, If you want to get rid of that tummy, doing ab excersizes is doing almost nothing to help.

thanks peanut. i hope to improve my lifts next time... coz i feel sluggish now so i cant go heavy.

I agree that cardio is the key to getting rid of the flab around the tummy! And make sure the diet is in check too!

Impressive lifts there - big weight and all done in half hour! Superb work - iontense indeed! Good to have your log in here man! :)

man .. that's an insane reps for abs .. u don't need that crazy reps .. mange ur diet and do cardio .. that's all to get rid of nasty fat .. BTW welcome to log section .. glad to have ur log here .. looking forward to see ur progress

thanks a lot guys for your response in my log workout. i all appreciate your advice in my ab workout. frankly speaking, i hate cardio. but now i realize that i need to do it coz of my bulging midsection. i can't do my leg workout today coz i need to help the carpenters to renovate my house. maybe tommorow.. thanks

u will feel ur abs will kick in once u start reducing ur Bodyfat sourronding ur belly .. good luck brother :)

^^Agree with everybody else, bro...you can do abs all day but still wont see anything unless the fat goes from around them

thanks rocky, peanut, g80 and amped... i will do cardio now for real. coz before im afraid to lose my mass so i dont do it.... hope to see yuor comments again guys!

thanks big ben.. but i renew my program and reduce it to 200 reps.. before i do 1500 reps on crunches without stopping. but as you people said, it will not help me so thats why i cut it. thanks for posting...
