hey man i see your starting Lipo 6. awesome fat burner, I was taking it last spring, it helped me lose all that weight. if you eat right while taking that and cardio....youll see huge results every week.

and let me tell you, the stuff just drains the hell out of you by evening. 200 mg. of caffeine! and all that green tea extracts and everything. anyway, you'll feel very tired. lol you may as well tell the wife you dont "feel" like it, im pretty sure you wont have the energy for much. good luck with the weight loss...and dont take anymore than 3 of those pills at a time.

thanks for the update Paulie...

i just started moving to the 2 pills at a time thing..scale still weird, but i did a few more carbs yesterday than usual and i'll cut back over the next three days and do chest/arms tonight around 630 (gonna change up routine a lil..still playing with it)

how long before you saw/felt results. i'm just starting a few days so kind of curious. they don't make me feel hyped/HYPER/hyped like when i took some other stuff but i do feel alert..might be the two cups of coffee in the mornign WITH 2 pills lol

thanks man...any advice you can give me since you've dropped all that is appreciated

2 cups of coffee and 2 pills?! wow, i dont know if I could do that. but i think I started seeing major results 2 weeks into my diet, i started losing about 3-4 lbs a week. it takes a little time for your metabolism to get goin. whats your vitals (height, weight, bodyfat %)?? if you got anymore questions, just ask. im here for you bro, best of luck!

my wife got one of those things you hold out for BF...big time number on me lol...a body logic analyzer

27.2% @ 6'0", i'm down to 239lbs, mid November I was 282 per my doctor's scale. was wearing a 44 pants, now i'm wearing a 40, but some of my 40s like my 501s I can take out without unbuttoning anything lol...down from xxl shirts to Xls, but hoping the weights will split some sleeves

i dont mind the number on the scale if i'd drop a pantsize and these fricking love handles..jeez..i could wear 38s big time if not for those bastards...

today did chest and back

bench press machine 12@120,10@150, 8@180, 7@210
incline bench machine 12@120,10@150, 10@160
HS wide bench machine 12@90,10@180, 9@180, 15@90
HS bench press- 12@90, 10@180, 8@ 230, 11 @90

hs row- 12@90 10@160 7@180
row machine 10!@120 10@140 7@150
wide pulldown- 10@80 10@100 6@140
cable row 10@120 10@160 9@180

time time was pressing again. once June 1 hits...i'll only have 1 graduate class MW 9a-1p, and i'll be able to do some serious workouts. i'll be on summer break from the job. last two weeks are always busy schedule wise

thanks for the help, esp Rock adn Paulie...
(i sound like an extra on "Sopranos"!)

Damn nice session indeed. Weight is shooting up. (on the bar that is!)
4 pressing movements for chest!! Might be worth throwing a flye movement in as the least exercise for a change and to hit the pecs differently - just a thought. Keep up the excellent work though man.

upper body pump? huh...oh was i sore?! DAMN SKIPPY!

i'm big time sore across my upper chest...that means it's a working though!

1 week on Lipo 6 and so far so good, same old same though...but then Paulie said it takes 2 weeks or so to fire up and get them tissues...

anyone suggest mixing Lipo6 with anything else...stack 'em up baby..i'm ready for some changes

one GOOD change though...wasn't in the mood to go to the gym yesterday (CHIT day at work) but man i just felt like i HAD to...things are kind of getting me down, but instead of curling up with a full refrigerator and beer i go to the gym..didn't dawn on me till halfway through the session...so at least mentally i'm making some pos. changes...

kind of like...screw them, only one taking care of me is ME...they can either get on board or get the flip out of the way....

yeah..i came to work pissed off lol...cardio later when i get home with the kid, 30-45 minutes, then gym at 9am tomorrow for shoulders, arms

thanks guys

big time great group here...

Oh, talking about stacking. I stacked Lipo 6 with some Vitamin B complex, but i think you told us you're already taking some Vitamin B. Well, I dont know how safe it would be to stack two thermogenics together. But, ill let you decide, you might want to see what other people say. Personally, I would stick with the Lipo 6, cups of coffee, vitamins, and that hard work! lol keep up the great work!
