yah man i see that now, I really do. but more than a month ago...NO way...
'i got studying to do'
'let's go eat some Sonic'
'let's order pizza' (and eat a large by myself)
'i'm tired'
'i'm pissed at work'
now though..i actually left work cause i was 'sick' and went to the gym hehe

well...i guess i'm finally saying screw that crap. noone's gonna take care of me but ME..so why not get off my ass and try to get a Hollywood body!

and I STILL have to play the BS at work..the other teacher that works in my area (our rooms are connected and she's a moron) brought a bigASS plate of donuts up to the room. it was Teacher Appreciation Day, and so there was a BAZILLION donuts in the conference room...cinnamon rolls, honey buns, filled ones, glazed ones, chocolate ones....i was salivating like a crack head! but i said no (actually i said 'get that crap out of my face please;o)) and she just kept shoving it in my face...'come on..be a team player and share some'....lol

i'm on my team...or the team the blonde chick at work is on!..and i hit...240 lbs TODAY!!! yeah man...broke the glass on the plateau...thanks for the help guys...big time helpful this group...big time..thanks guys

Reallt nice shoulder and arms session there my man. Really getting some solid training in and it's clearly payiung off, and full credit to you for resisting the donut urge. You should be really proud of your progress, it's great seeing you make headway in such a short space of time! Full props to you man. Even getting down there to do a bit more cardio. Superb work. The only way is up! Except your weight which keeps going down! :)

Nice leg session - hope that left leg sorts itself out by next week.
Yes they are called hyperextensions btw.
Blimey - HIT cardio after a leg day - brutal! At least you've set yourself very realistic goals too - hopefully you should be presently surprised - especially with the dedication you are showing so far.
