Have not lifted for 6 days with the shoulder thats been bothering me now i figured its time to give it a small test
standing straight bar curl 100lb 8x, 110lb 8x, 120lb 10x
EZ bar preacher hands outside 85lb 10x 100lb 10x (2 sets)
incline hammer curl dumbells 35lb 10x (3 sets)
single arm cable curls 90lb x10 105lb 10x 120lb 10x
feeling decent, a lil sore afterwards but its probably from the time off and shoulder is still not 100%, had to bite lip towards the end but at least i know now where it is after a few days rest
