Almost time to start hey?
If I may make a suggestion I would keep that last day as a rest day and move the back session to day 6 so you have a day of rest between bi's and back so that you bi's have time to recover more and don't hinder your back workout. Just a thought.

Yea starting a new split, kinda as a shock. It based off of Jay Cutler's split, but he doesn't have a day for Calves. Im trying out new splits because i've already gotten great results from what i had set up. Now im just seeing how their's work compared to mine. Hence why i used Arnold's Chest routine, and increased 100lbs on my bench. I don't know if i'll post the lbs for each exercise because of being ridiculed for following Arnold's chest routine.

Today was a Leg day. I have to say that it went really well, a little less focused then i wanted to be; but still a really good workout. The only thing i didn't like about today was that all the people in the gym were watching me for the entire time. During my workout I drank Water + Accel Gel mixed together.

Leg Extensions
Front Squats
Squats
Hack Squats
Walking Bar Lunges (short strides)
Leg Press
Standing One Leg Curls
Lying Leg Curls
Seated Leg Curls
Walking Bar Lunges (long strides)

All exercises done for: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

HAHAH thats a normal leg workout. I just used to do it as 5 sets for Quad/Hams and 4 sets for calves. I changed it up so now i get better leg development.

Woke up a little sore today. Legs don't feel to bad at all Today I was a little more focused than yesturday which was good. I was able to do heavier weight then normal and saw improvements in the definition.

Side Lateral Raises w/ Cable (Behind Back)
Seated Side Lateral Raises
Front Bar Raises
Reverse Overhead Dumbbell Laterals
Bent-Over Dumbbell Laterals

Barbell Shurgs (front)
Dumbbell Shurgs (front)

Pull Ups
Reverse Grip Pulldowns (wide)
Close Grip Pulldowns*

(All done for: 3 sets 8-10 reps, except Close Grip Pulldowns. Which were done for 4 sets 8-10 reps)
