HAHAH thats a normal leg workout. I just used to do it as 5 sets for Quad/Hams and 4 sets for calves. I changed it up so now i get better leg development.
Woke up a little sore today. Legs don't feel to bad at all

Today I was a little more focused than yesturday which was good. I was able to do heavier weight then normal and saw improvements in the definition.
