Thanks Rock. I take my legs seriously; mainly because I am so tall that they are hard to develop quality size.
Today started out bad, I wasn't as focused as I really wanted to be. Mid-session I started to get into it alot, so it ended well.
Seated Side Lateral Raises
Side Lateral Raises w/ Cable (Behind Back)
Arnold Presses
Reverse Overhead Dumbbell Laterals
Bent-Over Dumbbell Laterals
Pull ups
Close Grip Pulldowns*
Barbell Shurgs (front)
Dumbbell Shurgs (front)
(All done for: 3 sets 8-10 reps, except Close Grip Pulldowns. Which were done for 4 sets 8-10 reps)
