xtweak05 - Thanks for your post. Yeah seeing steady improvements in the mirror and gradually getting back to my former self but still feel puny.

Q80_MuscleHed - I can't curl 50kg! You must have misread. Thanks for the post.

Squat:
-30kg x 20.
-60kg x 8.
-60kg x 8.
-60kg x 12.

Shrugs:
-60kg x 12.
-60kg x 12.
-60kg x 12.

Barbell curl:
-20kg x 15.
-30kg x 8.
-30kg x 8.


Notes:
Squat - OK; Tired so went easy today.
Shrugs - Very good; Comfortable at 60kg now, can move up weight next time a bit.
Barbell Curl - Very good; Getting better at this exercise, another set with 30kg managed.

Military Press:
-20kg x 12.
-30kg x 12.
-35kg x 8.


Notes:
Squat - Good; Alright weight and reps.
Shrugs - Very good; Bit of weight added, but need to progress gradually.
Military Press - Good; Went ok.

Yeah squats went ok but i could do 100kg squats easy when i used to train a lot, so it sucks.

I have not done any other sessions becuase of work getting in the way but i have to admit i can be a lazy shit sometimes. I post weight I lift.

Going to train regular now and try my best.

Thanks for your interest.

Pendley row:
-20kg x 12.
-30kg x 12.
-40kg x 10.

Barbell curl:
-20kg x 15.
-30kg x 8.
-30kg x 8.

Notes:
Deadlift - Very good; went well.
Pendley row - Excellent; More weight and reps, felt back afterwards.
Barbell Curl - Good; Consistent at 30kg, want to raise it a little next time.

looking good bro. Deadlifts are nice. Gradual improvement is better than none.

your squat is lookin good bro. Nice rep range that is for sure. 20 reps then down to 6! thats great bro! keep it up! Your military press is getting better and better every time man! Shoulders must be coming along nicely.
