not too shabby at all Mr. Villian. Your leg curl is very impressive as well. Them full body workouts must be quite the drainer as well. Good job bro, and great job with cardio today. Gotta get lean baby!

Only my 3rd day, but I enjoy it very much so far and im really excited about what results i'll be reaching

Honestly, my bodybuilding technical terms are all off

Its when you lie down on your stomach on the incline bench and do fly's with the dumbells.

how can it be youre doing 10 reps. did you change them..?
