30 minutes cardio on empty stomach in morning

Tonight is Legs and Shoulders day!

Squats
Leg Press
Pullups
hip abductors

font shoulder BB press
rope rear dealt extensions
cable behind back lifts


Whats another good front shoulder workout i could throw in there??

i did front shoulder raises today on top of that other stuff

good workout over all

just finished the day off with a protein shake

I do side shoudler raises with DB's its working well for me at least..

Yeah man i hope so, thanks for the motivation

I was thinking about when on earth these lovehandles would dissapear, started thinking about surgery and all that other bullshit. But then i looked at Lee Priests pictures in the Before and After post i made and it made me feel a whole lot better.

I started pushing in mysides and noticed that the hard stuff wasnt that far away. :)

Had a rough weekend and failed myself misreably. Im regretting it now that ive gained a few pounds back. Im a fuckin loser.

Anyways

Back on track

Cardio and Legs/Shoulders today

Gonna run in slow/fast intervals for 30 minutes before
Then moving onto legs which include

Squats
Leg Presses
Leg Curls
Hip Abductors

Shoulders will include

Front BB press
Side laterral Cable raises.
Front dumbell raises
Read dealt extentions

Let me tell you something guys

I BREEZED through this workout for some reason. Didnt even comprimise anything the slightest. And it feels great.

Thanks for the kind words fellas, i definately have that day under my belt now and looking ahead with even more determination.
