Im not of fan of doing logs due to laziness. But ill jus do it to keep track of my workouts for my own self, and who ever wants view my progress and crtique for any reason, whatever. I'm 20yrs old 5-7 and 198lb as of 3/17/06. Im currently bulking, but ive been stuck at the weight for about a month and half.

Monday 3/13
-RomanianDeadlift 3sets. 3rd set was 485 for 5 reps
-BB Rows 3 sets, frogot weights used. 3rd i do kno was 175x5
-Pull-ups 3xfailure
-lat pulldowns 3 sets. -120lb for reps dont remember.
-bb shrugs 3 sets of 12-30 reps

Wednsday 3/15
-Bench 3 sets rest paused about 12-20 reps 175lbs
-Flat bench DB Flys 1 set to failure with 45's about 12-15reps
-Pec Dec - 2 sets to failure about 12-15 reps
-Decline Flys - 1 set to failure
-forearm work: wrist curls and rev wrist curls and the followed by hammer curls



(Today)Friday 3/17. Weight:198-199lbs
-Squat :rest paused style(7sets) -225x20, 225x15, 225x10, 225x10, 225x10, 225x5, 225x5.

-Hack Squat - 90x15, 180x15, 270x10, 275x5

-Leg Ext (frogot weight used) 5 sets rest paused style.

Monday 3/20 Weight: 202lbs
BB Rows 3 sets of 6-12 reps - 135x12, 185x8, 185x5

Superset: BB Shrugs/Chins
-BB Shrugs 2 sets of 13. 275x13, 295x13 (last set I cheated on last couple)
-Chins 5 sets to failure

Machine Rows - 2 sets of 12-8 reps

Close Grip(V-bar) Machine Pulldowns - 3 sets of 12-8, frogot weights used.

Seated Cable Rows - 3 sets of 12-6 reps

Lat Pulldown - 3 sets 12-6 reps

3/21 Weight: 202lbs

DB Bench - 100x8 110x5
low Pulley Cable Flys 3 sets of 12-8
Flat Bench DB Fly - 50x10, 55x8
High Pulley Cable Flys - 2 sets of 12-6
Machine Decline Fly - 2 sets of 12-8

Today, I noticed improved vascularity. Veins were poping out in shoulders, traps, and chest quite a bit. Had a good pump in chest as well. Pre workout supps: 45min before - 4g AAKG, 2tbl GMS, 300mg Ginko Bilobia, and 4g CEE.

Im at about 10-11% bodyfat. Ill try and post pics up sometime next week. Thx.
