Im fuckin back and ready to attack.
I havnt lifted at all during summer break, i went from 202 to 175. I did alot of running and that was it. I just didnt care about size anymore, it wasnt a priority. I had spring and summer classes, and i focused on that. Well I started to lift again in late augest after realizing what a mistake that was; To stop lifting.
Well heres what been going on since I started:
